These Terms apply to all services provided by SkyFeather Innovations Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide drone-based services including aerial imaging, crop monitoring, drone spraying, spreading, and data analysis.
All services are delivered based on agreed project scope and availability.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Ensure permission for drone operations on your land
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
All data, reports, and insights we provide are for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
• Accuracy of data in all conditions
• Specific outcomes (e.g. crop yield, treatment effectiveness, or field conditions)
Data and outputs may be affected by environmental conditions and technological limitations.
You remain responsible for decisions made based on our data.
All drone operations are conducted in accordance with UK aviation regulations.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel operations due to:
• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Legal restrictions
For drone spraying and spreading services:
• We apply materials based on information provided by the client
• We do not guarantee specific agricultural outcomes
• Weather, field conditions, and other external factors may affect results
• Responsibility for ensuring substances used are legal, compliant with applicable regulations, and suitable for use remains with the party supplying them.
Fees will be agreed before services begin.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements or invoices.
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the terms agreed in the individual service contract or work order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising in connection with our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We maintain appropriate insurance for our operations. However, this does not remove the client’s responsibility for decisions made using our data.
We retain ownership of the reports, data, imagery, and analysis produced as part of our services.
You are free to use and share these materials for your business purposes, including with advisers and partners where needed.
These materials must not be resold or used to create or offer similar services to ours without our prior written consent.
We may update or modify our services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
